So, all went swimmingly well last night. Had a superb evening with P, J and E, with great food, and gorgeous wine. Amazing company and all round a fab night, hurrah.
Had a lovely friend this morning , on arrangement ring me, to ensure I manage to get up. I cant work out how to put links in my blog, so just find Chelleys blog on the wibsite to find out her version of events. Anyway , I got up, and out, and to my morning meeting, arriving only 5 minutes late, hurrrah again!
Managed to leave quite promptly, and figured, get a train back, grab lunch on way, do couple of hours of to do paperwork pile which increases and then head to the launch of an art project that has involved some of our young people. All was going soo well. Sat on train, listened to music, made few phone calls, as you do. Then I felt ill. Oh yes, not a great feeling being on the train and all. Lightheaded, slightly panicky, breathing a little bit different to how you normally do. Took the ever helpful inhaler which didnt seem to be that helpful, and then almost passed out as I got off the train. I thought, IT HAS TO PASS, nipped to the station loo's, and as I made my way back up the esalators, again felt like I would faint. I managed to during this time feel really disorientated and panic. Not good really. Saw a policeman type looking standing so pretty much fell over him. He was quite nice, dragged me to the first aid room, dont think he was to sure what to do to be honest. I couldnt breathe. I felt faint. Wasnt to sure where I was. Hmmmm ...

Anyway, not much more to tell to be honest, some helpful other policeman /community support office, whatever they are turned up, and he was slightly more helpful, doing the whole "breathe" and holding a paper bag and all that kuffufel. At some point they decided to call 999, and summons an ambulance, hence the dramarama even more so than before. Anyway, in come the paramedics. Very nice. Quite funny. Knew what they were doing Hurrah times 3 as there were three of them for some unknown reason. I said I would big them up on my blog tonight, so here it is. Thanks.
I have to say, for all those who moan about the NHS and all that (and , no I didnt go to the hos. Everything worked out, I could breathe again, didnt feel faint, pins and needles went, and life went on as normal) the paramedic people were good. And didnt make me feel stupid even though I totally felt it and was quite embarrassed.

Anyway, a bit of an essay, but what a drama eh!
