Actually the reason I wanted to mention the room was the bed... (I know, I promise this is the last time I mention the bed ... except to say first that I have clean sheets tonight and that such a pleasure should be number one on the list of Things I Like (see July))
Anyway, this bed story is more a study on human behaviour ok?

In the room change of arrangement my bed is turned around 180 degrees. I am sure you'll agree this is not a remarkable thing ... However doing so has totally altered my sleeping behaviour.
With the bed in the old position I slept on my left side, with the bed in the new position I sleep on my right. I also now sleep on the total opposite side of the bed... Anyway, in both scenarios I am opting for sleeping on the edge of the bed closest to the door and on the side which sees me facing the door, almost as if I were making sure I was ready for a quick getaway, should such a need arise... I wonder what my subconscious is trying to tell me...
Has anyone else made similar findings in their experience? Or is this one more thing that makes me slightly off centre...
