While, at this stage, I am not a dual citizen of NZ and Australia, I have to admit to pride on behalf of both Nations. As the Olympics draw to a close I thought it cool to reflect on our achievements this far. Hence the following list of medals from two of the greatest countries on earth.
Until this week I really felt as though NZ was going to go home empty handed so I am thrilled to find 3 golds and a couple of silver on their table of achievements.
Australia have kicked butt in several areas and a table like that is proof positive we spend way too much time and money on sport - for a country of 20 million to pull of such a pile of medals is wild!
