Thank you one and all for the well wishing and the ascendent prayers. Am feeling much better though my throat is still somewhat out of sorts... Still, better enough to go to the movies (Meet the Fockers...) and drink coffee in Manly and walk along the beach, though the walking almost finished me off...

Hung out with Skeeter, Kaffin and Surf tonight. Had planned to watch a movie but erred instead towards good conversation... Marvellous how a good chat sets the world back on it's axis. I hadn't actually realised how much I had missed them. (The crew and the chats.). I think there will be more hanging out this week which will be rather nice.

I have been thinking about New Years Resolutions. Partly because Blogger Idol is thinking about them and partly because I never make resolutions, they only end in guilt.

Still... There are some things I would like to see happen this year.

Apart from the New Bod and the New Man, as mentioned in an earlier post...

I would like a compatible flatmate (did I tell you Adder decided not to move in... I have to ask, is there a sign on my forhead saying "DON'T DO IT!"???? This is the 2nd time in 2 months... Any suggestions... and please don't say "Ask the Count to stay on..."
I would like more money, and actually have a plan to make that happen
I would like to see some goals achieved at work. And I have a plan to pin my boss to a meeting in the boardroom and some goal setting.
I would like to go home for my birthday and need to set a budget in place so that comes to pass.
I would like to see more of Sydney and think I need to take a leaf out of Jack's book to set some time aside each month to go somewhere new.
I would like to spend more time with people closer to my age. (That includes you PIA... *winks*)
I would like to sing more. With new people and have the resources to do it. Looking for the nerve...

So, these are some of the dreams/plans for 05... not so much resolutions as achievable goals...

At least, if I get my act together...
