You may, or may not, remember YGM2 and the well done steak... tonight was dinner with Bet, Flick and Flash at R&R and I had me some of the best steak ever... done medium rare... Butter wouldn't have melted sooner in my mouth.
So, thanks to the South Africans who learnt to cook on the brais and could you pop out the back and teach the lads downstairs a thing or two about cooking meat on a barbie...
