We did it!
The Blackbird maitre'd must have thought it peculiar that 3 people told him they were meeting complete strangers there and that they would like to converge at the Rear of the Venue. He was unperterbed however,and we adjourned there one by one. Given that there were only the 3 of us it wasn't too difficult to figure out who was who identifying features notwithstanding... And, it was rather lovely to meet the other people whose lives I know so much, (and yet so little, about)!
Chat covered all manner of topics including (but not exclusive to) church, the wibsite (all complimentary of course), work, study, white lab coats, moveable feasts and mutual friends (yes, Christian circles are small on the North Shore), Blackstump and meeting Everybody. It was great! So, thanks Ian and Yay for agreeing to hook up and let's do it again sometime!
