....Liverpool win at Chelsea??? Cheyrou...score...??? What's going on? Cool!
Did a bit of a hike around a couple of secondhand bookshops that a friend recommended to me this afternoon. Got a very cheap book on the lake district and found a ticket for 'Capercaillie' at The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on 31st Jan '99, 19:30hrs, block A, seat B7, cost £15.00, enter via door 2, sponsored by Scotrail as part of the Celtic Connections '99 festival. It's kinda like one of those little events that happens in films like Amelie. Maybe someone who works at the box office goes round bookshops putting unsold tickets in books just to tug at our imaginations so we ask ourselves who the ticket belonged to and whether they had a cool time, etc, etc, etc.
Does everyone get offered a couple of grands worth of Gucci clothing at service stations on the M6 by dodgy looking Italians or is it just me? I am a weirdo magnet. I'm convinced.
