They closed our school 2day, yippeee! There was a big fire and they had 2 evacuate lots of people so our school became an emergency shelter. It mean that noone was hurt, but no school either. Instead I am in my favourite place, Starbucks at Borders, marking. This kind of teaching I can live with! What's quite cool (to me anyway) is that I'm blogging from my phone, which I've never tried before and I do get very excited about new technology
Anyway bbefore I get carried away I thought I'd share one of those great things kids say. THE QUESTION ON THE yEAR 8 TEST PAPER READS, "mUSLIMS PERRFORM hAJJ AT LEAST ONCE IN THEIR LIFETIME. wHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?" tHE ANSWER, "iT'S IMPORTANT BECAUSE mUSLIMSBELIEVE A METAPHOR LANNDED ON THEIR COUNTRY AND BEEN PUT IN THE kA'BAH." i'M SURE SOMEONE CAN THINK OF A WITTY REPLY. aPOLOGIES 4 SPELLING MISTAKES/TYPOS, THE TECHNOLOGY ISNT BIG ENOUGH 2 LET ME SEE THE WHOLE SCREEN!
