First Eucharist celebrated by the new priest. Faultless - think she has been practising for the last 6 months! Wearing the new chasuble she was given as a present at the party last night. Hilarious American priest preaching - had us rolling in the aisles for all the best reasons. Sang the Vivaldi Gloria - again.
Evensong a very quiet affair tonight, after all the celebrating over the last couple of days. Would you believe it, we sang the Vivaldi Gloria again! Have never sung something three times in a row before - don't even think it's Vivaldi's anniversary or anything...... Probably a special request for the birthday of someone called Gloria (?!)
