We learned at coffee time this morning that the director of a consultancy based in the building where we work died at the week-end, aged 57. He was on a cycling holiday.
Regarding our family - we had a disturbed night - wife and I both having difficulty working effectively to-day. Son has a runny nose, which I would normally have thought of as a cold, but it could be a symptom of chicken pox, a couple of cases of which have been reported at the nursery. Daughter still has trouble with bad dreams, and will only be comforted by her daddy (what I mean is, she is only willing to accept comfort from her daddy).
