If I had been better organised, I could have included a link to a picture of the magnificent cake which wife, first born, and second born baked for me on Saturday (to-day is, in fact, the day, but it made more sense to celebrate at the weekend).
Saturday was also the day we collected grandma from the place where she is staying, and took her home to collect some necessary items. It was difficult, and largely unappreciated. We can only hope that she takes advantage of the help which is being offered to her.
