Many thanks to you all, for your comments. I'm home alone, to-day, having picked up first born's diarrhoea. Not badly, I hasten to add. You needn't be feeling sorry for me, but I didn't want to risk the half hour journey each way in the car to and from work. Also, I didn't particularly want to share the affliction with my colleagues.
It's been a useful morning. I've done some tidying in the room which serves as my study.
