Landed with desk duty on my first morning back at work. Shouldn't happen.
Firstborn seems to be enjoying her stay with Granny. We've spoken on the phone a few times. Secondborn had a traumatic Sunday morning, encountering two accidents in quick succession in the supermarket (yes, I know, perhaps we shouldn't have been shopping on Sunday morning, but we arrived home on Saturday evening after a long day's driving). He seems none the worse.
