I guess that 'anti-US' is shorthand for 'opposed to the policies of the US (and British) governments, particularly regarding the recent conflict in Iraq'. No offence was intended, and I hope that none was taken. Check out Martyn's website http://www.martynjoseph.com. He does plenty of concerts in the US.
