We would all like to do things better. But if it takes us all of our time and effort to do things the only way we know how, where are we going to find the resources to enable us to change? This morning, we spent 90 minutes discussing how to set up a PC for a user quickly and efficiently. Which meant that I was 60 minutes later than I would have liked to have been to set up a PC for a user (the old way). Which meant that I wasn't able to finish the job. So, was the discussion helpful, or not?
