Summer seems such a long way away

Ominous weather all morning, a brief flurry of snow at lunchtime. Wintry, mocking the few spring flowers which have dared to appear.
But, in honour of National Doodle Day, here's an unofficial offering, composed on my new Palm Tungsten E:
Embarrassingly, having encouraged daughter's school to support the cause, I forgot to make sure that she took a £1 with her. Wife phoned the school secretary, who was going to take a suitable coin to daughter in her class, to be repaid on Monday.
