Daughter is to appear in the Morag Alexander ballet show - twice, in fact - for each show she had to attend a rehearsal - one was first thing on Saturday morning - the other was last thing (or should have been) on Saturday afternoon. Basically the day was devoted to achieving her presence at both these events. She's been incredibly tired for a while, now, probably the after-effects of the radiotherapy, so the whole thing was challenging for her, not to mention her parents and brother.
But we managed it.
