Term starts earlier this year. Something to do with semesters instead of terms.
Wife and daughter were off work and school respectively to-day with tummy bugs (or, more likely, the same tummy bug). But daughter had recovered sufficiently by late afternoon to attend the first ballet class of the new session. And son had earlier attended his first ever ballet class (and I gather that he enjoyed it).
I'm struggling somewhat. It's good to have plenty to do, but ...
