To-day, I met, for the first time, Tractor Girl, Never Conforming, and Tall Girl. And I understand that Sophs was on her way.
Not often that I get to be a part of making (insert appropriate word) history, so I intend to milk this event for wiblog material for some time. Enough to say, for the present, that meeting the wibloggers was a highlight, and that waiting for about three and half hours to move off a bit of a lowlight - but both were about community - a virtual community that suddenly moved into the 'real' world for me - and the community of World Vision supporters who (grimly) supported each other, simply by being there.
