I had arranged with someone to see him 'at the back of two' to start moving his team on to Outlook, but when I called back for a second time ten minutes ago he still wasn't back (from a 'school' lunch - perhaps something to do with the festive season). I wasn't looking forward to the task - I'm still not looking forward to it.
