The Sick Kids, to see the neurologist, yesterday, St John's, to see the plastic surgeon, to-day.
On Sunday, Celebrity and I attended the parish church (Church of Scotland). Gardener elected to stay at home (unfortunately - I'd hoped that a change of venue might have induced some enthusiasm). I'm enjoying the preaching. It's just that, for me, I'm having to face some demons from the past. I was going to take my music copy of CH3 (Church Hymnary, 3rd Edition) with me, but I couldn't find it. That possibly means that I've recycled it (thinking that I had said goodbye to presbyterianism).
I think that the move from our present church (difficult even now to think of it as current) to the parish church is inevitable. Already the centre of gravity seems to have shifted.
