I have decided to become a computer. Computers seem to manage things so much better than humans. I am going to become a stack. Put something on the top of the stack, and it immediately displaces (or supplants) whatever was previously on top of the stack. So, ask me to do something, and I shall at once abandon what I was doing, and do the thing you've just asked me to do. When that's finished (unless somebody comes along and asks me to do domething else), I can return to what I was doing before I was so rudely interrupted.
It may take me a long time to do the thing you asked me to do months ago, but it will get done eventually ...
