Well, not quite. It all went pretty well according to plan. It was bound to be awkward, because the hospital appointment coincided with when civilised people are having lunch. I thought that it was important not to be dealing with a couple of hungry children, so we had our 'lunch' early (at about 11:00 am, so it was really breakfast). The visit to Audiology had a successful outcome, happily, as did the visit to Toys R Us. Just somewhat weary now ....
