It's been a long day. I was very impressed to-day with how my colleague (who featured in a previous wib entry) took the team meeting to-day, in the absence of our team leader. We have arrived at a resolution, meantime, for the problem which led to Tuesday's email. Team meetings still leave me stressed, however, which meant that I didn't put in a particularly disciplined effort this afternoon. And it wasn't helped that I am having difficulties synchronising my PDA.
