Changed days! When I were a lad, I had to go to church. And I remember having to wear a kilt, and walking to church, and being made fun of by the local lads. Nowadays, I daren't make my son go to church - so many people have said that they were put off church as children - they were forced to attend Sunday School, didn't like it, and left at the first opportunity. A new youth worker has started work at our church. I'm hoping that her arrival presages change - an atmosphere better suited to youngsters like my son ...
