Reading this BBC News article ... I am intrigued (well, angered would be more accurate) by this statement:
If this exercise had been done with criminal intent it would be breaking the law.
But then I am generally angered whenever journalists pull a stunt which breaks the law, and they don't get punished - they do it because they can get away with it ...
