healthy things

had fruit for breakfast while walking to work. Am walking as moody bike needs attention before it will agree to function again and I only ever drive to work if I really have to go somewhere at lunchtime (and once because it was raining so much I couldn't face it!).

I do wonder if the huge efforts of the government are having some sort of an effect; I have always been a reasonably healthy eater - lots of fruit and veg (although with a penchant for full breakfasts and a probably higher than average caffiene and alcohol intake) and a pretty good amount of excercise... but for the first time I am actually thinking '5 a day' on the fruit and veg front and I suspect it is having some effect on my general health and well being. Someone should be evaluating me.
