this morning my alarm went off while i was having a dream about being at the ticket kiosk thing at greenbelt with my student card and the person saying 'ooh, i just don't know how much it is for students' - we were flicking through old programmes to try and find out, but they didn't have that sort of information in them! Other people behind were getting shirty about the time it was taking, and i was thinking, i wish i'd decided to work this year, then i wouldn't have had to pay at all. Anyway i'm not working this year as despite enjoying contributor's reception loads last year i am treating myself to punterhood just once as a 30th birthday treat. I'm sure i have mentioned that before here. Anyway the dream scenario will not happen because i will get my ticket before the april deadline while they are still not quite as cheap as chips but still pretty darn cheap. Actually they probably are same price as chips if you are taking your chips price from some of the food vendors at greenbelt. And... of course, the dream scenario couldn't happen because the people at the ticket thing do in fact know how much the tickets cost.
anyway i meant to get up early and take the recycling on my way to uni, but i failed to get out of bed nearly quickly enough to do so, so i washed up instead (i say that, i was planning to wash up AS WELL but there you go). Attended a very useful extra tutorial thing put on for those clueless about our stats project (most of the class) which was an extremely helpful steo-by-step guide to what buttons to push on the stats package. Relief spread throughout the room... i don't exactly understand it, but i am now pretty sure i can pass the module. Always best.
Read a bit more of a suitable boy before i went to sleep last night. i think there is some potential for confusion unless i pay attention to it - lots of characters. Am planning to pay attention. Will see.
