Depending upon the outcome of the fingerprinting etc., I will take on teaching a high school choir for the final 9 weeks of school.
I have no degree. I don't read music very well at all. But it's either me or a string of substitutes and not many of them with any music background at all. And some days no sub at all, the kids are just dispersed to various classes.
I have at least continued to use my voice after my own high school choir days. I've sung weddings and funerals and delivered singing telegrams. Hee.
We will see how it goes.
I think I can stand anything for 9 weeks!
