Saw a couple of other lists today and enjoyed them, so thought I'd do mine. Took flipping ages to get the formatting done, I said I was going to bed about an hour and a half ago. (I am v tired.)
Anyway, here we are:
I have used Nessa's new category of underlining books I don't want to read. I also considered two new categories:
a) books I think I've read, but can't remember enough of to be sure - decided against as it would just show you all how vague I am (I've left them in normal type)
and
b) books I've never even heard of - decided against as it would probably just be embarrassing... (imagine doddery judge-type: "who is Gazza?" that type of thing)
-- Books in bold are ones I've read.
-- Any in bold with an asterisk (*) after them are ones I've tried to read but failed.
-- Any in bold with a caret (^) after them are ones I've read and probably never will again -- because once is enough [either due to length or my dislike of it]
-- Books in italics are ones I want to read.
-- Books in normal print are ones I'm just not interested in
-- Books underlined are ones I really actively never want to read
