(To continue the exclamation titles...)

When we do communion at our church (about once a month), it's a 'get into groups and share the bread and wine - or grape juice - between you' type affair. So you'll get passed a bit of bread, and then the cup. What is said varies tremendously depending on who you're with. Some people don't say anything, and are very casual about the whole thing, sometimes you get a 'bless you', and there are others who go for something a bit more formal. Can I advise that - should you ever be in such a situation - you don't try to combine these two approaches? If you try to mix the informal with the more formal you run the risk of saying what was said to me as I was passed the (freshly baked) bread this morning:

"The body of Christ, broken for you. It's still warm."
