Without naming and shaming anyone in particular, can I just advise that, should your internet connection mysteriously disappear one day, when you ask (naming no names, you understand) someone else who lives in your house who is older than 2 and a half to check whether the phone extension at the bottom of the stairs is plugged in properly, and they tell you that it is - exercise a bit of scepticism and check it for yourself immediately rather than leaving it four days and then checking it and plugging it in properly yourself, thus restoring the connection and Life As We Know It.
Still, we're back now. I'm off to do badly at badminton.
(That was one long sentence... worthy of St Paul.)
