The wisdom tooth needs to come out. The dentist is very blase about it all: "just make a 20 minute appointment - it'll only take five minutes though. Choose a day when things are relatively quiet, but you'll probably be absolutely fine after a couple of hours".
I'm not entirely sure whether to be reassured, although my only contact with wisdom-tooth removal is Big Sister, who had hers dug out with a pneumatic drill under general anaesthetic when I was little. (I may be exaggerating, but that's the impression I had of the procedure). So maybe I tend to be a bit more apprehensive than necessary. (Top ones are easier than bottom ones apparently, so that's good.)
We left a very happy groover overnight with grandparents on saturday and went to stay with big sister in order to see Seth Lakeman at the Arts Centre in Aberystwyth. He was very good, although very loud, and I think we could all have done with him starting at 8pm (the time on the ticket) rather than at 9.30pm, after two support acts and PA-related panic. I'm still quite tired, but we all enjoyed it I think. (I mean, I know I did, and I think the others did too!)
This month on the blog will be very craft-related I think. I may show you some things, and also use you all to do some sneaky market research, if that's all right.
By the way, anyone reading who wants me to make a bag for them to give as a Christmas present needs to get in touch SOON, please. (I'm only saying that here because I know a couple of people have mentioned it, but can't remember who! If it was you, please email!)
