I am off to hospital tomorrow for amniocentesis. Which pretty much means having a Honking Great Needle stuck into me so they can look at the fluid and see if there is a chromosome thing going on.
Sorry not to have been here for ages - my excuse for the past two weeks is that my menfolk have been taking it in turns to be horribly ill and I have been forced into being Florence Nightingale - not a role which suits me. I am astonished (and not for the first time) at the sheer amount of washing one puking three year old can generate.
Other than that, life has pretty much trundled along in a state approaching normality. Whatever that is.
