That should probably be 'hilarity' shouldn't it?
Anyway, I can't really remember which particular incident prompted me to put this on the list, but there is always something to report in this category.
The day before yesterday baby b tried to leave home. He hurt himself by trapping his fingers in a cupboard door - not badly, but enough to make him quite miserable for a bit. I sat him on my lap to give him a cuddle, but he didn't want to be cuddled better. So I sat him on the floor, and he crawled round wailing for a bit, then went to the door into the hall and sat by it, pointing to the handle and wailing to be let out. So I let him into the hall to see what he would do, and he crawled to the front door, and again sat by it wailing and pointing to the handle. I didn't let him out, but he had the air of someone about to wrap all their belongings in a red spotted handerchief, tie it to the end of a stick and hit the road.
Yesterday he 'helped' mr b to clean the car. If your car is parked so that there is a gap beside the tyre which is only just big enough for a baby to squeeze through, and the baby does squeeze through it, the baby gets filthy:
I don't think I've told you, either, about baby b's dances. If you say 'baby b dance?' he does this fantastic wiggling, handwaving move. The he usually gives himself a round of applause.
