I've been asked to put together a labyrinth on one saturday in December (I forget which). We're doing the advent themed one from one of Sue Wallace's books. I'm quite excited that the person who is responsible for asking me seems to be wholeheartedly in favour of the whole thing, and very positive about it. I'm also somewhat confused as the same person has repeatedly given the impression in the past that there is One True Way Of Doing Things, in such a way that most alternative/contemplative/a bit different things would definitely come under the Not How We Do Things Here category.
So, basically, I think the leadership of my church is trying to confuse me to death, but I get to play on the way, so it could be worse.
Anyone with any practical tips on organising a labyrinth is more than welcome to comment. I've walked a couple, but not been on the organising end before.
