For the last couple of weeks I've been watching Ski Sunday. I don't know about you abut I remember the days when there was actual skiing taking place. I was only able to catch the last twenty minutes of this week's episode but in it I saw someone driving a caravan through Southern Australia, going swimming in a lake and then catching a chair lift to the top of a ski run. And from there....?? He then walked to the top of the mountain.
There was another guy who was going down the ski runs, but he was using an inflatable sleigh!!!
Last week there was some hiking in the Alps during the summer to see some ibexes. There was some powder-testing of snowboards in New Zealand and then more snowboarding in Northern Japan.
Next week we're doing a train journey through the Alps on the Glacier Express. There may be some skiing, but I'm not going to guarantee it!!! ;o)
