I'm awake.... honest................

<yawn> I don't know what's come over me, but I'm really stuggling to stay awake at the mo. I'm sure it's got nothing to do with watching the baseball last night till 3.15am.......

On the up side it does mean that I can bearly remember what any of the gump that I was going to share, which in all fairness is almost more annoying than whatever it was I was going to complain about.

I think it was something about the service (oh yeah, I didn't like it!!) and then being asked stupid questions by people who should know better. But then again, the service waasn't that bad, I just didn't like any on the hymns (part from the last one, oh the school assembly memories) and it wasn't that stupid a question. Someone has to be the first to ask!!

I mean, it was a very nice day yesterday, got to bump into friends I've not seen in a while and then spent a good few hours down in Neath soaking in the last of the evening sun!! (though it meant I missed out on an interesting sermon (not at my church I would like to point out!!) about the wrongness of Catholism and where the Pope is now....... I personally think it's jelousy cause lots of people cared about the Pope even if they disliked some of the things he said!!)

And grand news that I've found today!!! Yip is planning a visit, not sure if sh'e going to be able to make it as far as Swansea, and even better (she'll understand) May 7th we have NHL players playing a game in Cardiff!!!!!!!!!!

I NEED TICKETS!!!!!!!

It's just a shame that Yip is going to be home by then, cause I suspect that she'd quite like to go to that!! I just hope that there are still tickets available when people get back from Prague so I can see if they want to go!!!! (how inconvenient that they've left today!!!)

I'll also admit that I'm feeling restless again...... these legs were meant for walking and they want to. The question is when to go.....??? And not forgetting where!!!

Now here's a question (or several, really) but does anyone use the term 'Holy Ghost'?? I know that generally people use Holy Spirt, but I will admit to the fact that I still say Holy Ghost, especially if I'm not really thinking about which words I want to use. I ask as I was reading in the education part of BBCi how in Norfolk education guidelines are suggesting that the term HG might confuse the little ones into mixing Him (??) up with gost stories!!!

As well as that there are concerns about the use of the phrase "body and blood of Christ" as they aren't really flesh and blood (unless you believe in transubstantiation, which Norfolk council seems to say doesn't happen, so you're wrong!!!) and Old Testament sounds so..... out of fashion, so last year!! ;)
