As I sit here on the last day, of the last test in the Ashes Series, yet again, it could go either way. Of course, the longer England can keep batting, the less likely Australia will be able to get the required runs to win the match, tie the series and retain the Ashes. But if England stay in for the rest of the afternoon we win and that's all that matters.
A spokesman for Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor has said this about the cricket; God is impartial. He admires the mastery of Shane Warne as much of the brillience of Freddie Flintoff which is just as well as the number of prayers He'd be recieving from both side must be fairly large!!! And as long as England win, I'm not fussed!!!
Of course, I'd rather be down in the Oval if I had the chance, and if they hadn't presold the tickets for the fifth day I would have taken full advantage of being in London this weekend to have queued up and have gone in. As it was I had to settle simply with (not that I'm putting it down in any way) Proms in the Park in Hyde Park. It was a lot of fun, even though it seemed to have been the wettest of all the Parks that night. I also seemed to of had the honour of having the largest Welsh flag in the park..... at least, I didn't see any others that were big.
Presented by Terry Wogan, staring the BBC Concert Orchestra, Andrea Bocelli and Nicola Benedetti (BBC Young Musician of the Year 2004), G4 and Simply Red, we (Duracell and I) had a lot of fun, even if the rain was an unwelcome guest!!!
Then off to the Royal Albert Hall for the final huzzah!!! Rule Britania, Land of Hope and Glory, the Sea Shanties, Jerusalem and God Save the Queen.
(as Pietersen gets his first Test Century it's starting to feel that England might manage this.....as we get to Tea)
So I'll save the weird dream I had this morning for tomorrow..... see what you make of that!!!

if you're interested... the match is drawn, we win, WE WIN!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!
