If you head down to the cinema you may get to see a trailer with someone on the catwalk, getting to the top of a mountain and scoring a goal in a cup final, all with the catchline, 'Is there more to life than this?'
The answer is an emphatic YES!! and can be found in your local Alpha Course. Of course, what's interesting is the fact that it doesn't appear to mention God, religion or church in any way......
This coincides with a poster campain by the CoE to be run in December depicting the infant Jesus as a revolutionary to intice young ones to the church before Christmas. The poster will send people towards the website www.rejesus.co.uk/ where they'd be advised on how to find their nearest church if interested.
I shall be quite interested to see how it pans out really.......
