Yesterday I did what I said I'd do and went to knock on the door of my old friends old house. For a brief moment I thought I'd struck lucky, when a German Shep'd came bounding up (they used to own one) however the guy at the door said that he had no idea about the people who used to live there....... so unless anyone's got any other ideas of how to track someone down, I'm all ears.... short of going through birth certificates for the years '79-'80 and tracking down all the names..... doesn't anyone know how to find people....????
We also had a choral chinese meal last night...... which was interesting. No-one whom I would normally have been with went on this social, so I was with people whom I wouldn't usually mix with..... it meant that I learnt all about our conductor's new boyfriend and learnt just how man obsessed our chair(wo)man really is..... everyone seems to be really cute, including the waiter whom she followed (stared at) everytime he passed. It was an experience......not one I'd really want to live through again......
I also got back to Swansea in time to participate in the AU semi-naked calendar, which will be on sale in shops..... sometime....
