Wobbly bits.......

Well, the computer has reset twice now, so with the wibsite being down it looks like I'm not allowed to blog, but one more attempt.......

And for those of you wondering about the "wobbly bits" it's very simple. You see, it's about girls and bikinis........ I should explain more, right.....??

Well, it all starts with an email I got yesterday. It was partly appologising for not emailing me earlier, but my friend had been run over by a car and had had to go to hospital to have brain scans and stuff..... she's all better now, but has spent a couple of weeks recuperating. (she also now has pictures of her brain... how coo?? If I can get a copy I'll put them up!!)

She also said that she wouldn't forget my postcard (I love getting postcards through the post.... this is a hint to anyone who wants to make me happy.....) from their trip down to the lovely Mediterranean Sea. But she did have one worry. Which was......

"and am starting to get anxious about the need to wear a bikini on this trip...."

which I don't quite understand. However she was on msn so I asked (after checking she was ok) and it was apparently her "wobbly bits" she was worried about..... well, with an opening line like that I can happilly tease her for.... Ooooooo ages!!!! At least two emails, in fact, I've planed one already and intend to write it, if I ever finish this blog!!!

I will admit, I'm going to guess that she's worried about the wobbly bits that make up her tummy, as opposed to any other 'wobbly bits' that the clothing bikinis might bring to mind. Which is what confuses me, cause she is thin. She was thin when I saw her last and she was thin when she was with us last year. Unlike people such as myself, or other (who shall remain un-named..) she doesn't really have those wobbly bits.....

It was after this thought that I remembered that we might not simply be talking about around the Med, but also on the beach and so she might not have been talking about only a bikini top, but a bikini set.... suit.... whatever both parts together is called (any help???), which of course brings in other possible wobbly bits...... but as until recently she was walking and cycling a fair bit, I don't think she'd need to worry, that and you would have the same worries with any swimsuit in such a case.....

Then I realise that I really have no idea....are all women that self conscious or does it just depend on the person..... Would you wear a bikini....???? Personally, I wouldn't, cause I don't think it would flatter my figure, I'm possibly a bit to chunky to carry it off..... ;o)
