I went swimming today after work for an hour or so. It was a lot of fun, though I'm out of practice. My shoulders are all achey and I roll worse than ever while doing front crawl. Which is naughty, so I stuck with mainly breaststroke. And I treated myself to the final length being backstroke (it'd quietened down) which was great, but I got cramp in my leg. Ow.
I was going to have a rant about this thing that leisure centers seem to be doing now-a-days with mixed changing rooms. I didn't like it out on the continent, and I don't like it now. If I have to walk through a room, effectively, half-dressed, without my glasses, I'd much rather there be fewer people. As opposed to everyone.
Thankfully I managed to find the pool without falling in, and even managed not to get into the side where they were doing swimming lessons. So that was all and good I'll have to go back sometime soon!!
