Don't you just hate going into a bookshop and then forgetting the name of the book that you're looking for?? I was in Guildford Cathedral with Micky, catching the end of some happy-clappy, hands-in-the-air service. After looking round (Guildford Cathedral is the youngest cathedral in Southern Britain at forty-five years old) we popped into the bookshop and while flicking through the books I wondered if they stocked The Dave Walker Guide To The Church and then came across a problem. Asking if they stock a book you need to know the book's name. And asking for a book by "Dave with church cartoons in it" might be a bit silly if they didn't have it.
I shall check next time I'm there.
