Next week (infact only ten days) I'm heading to the Big White North (a.k.a. Canada) and to get use to the travelling I'm getting some in early.....
By this I mean, I am as yet unsure what I'm doing at work tomorrow or Wednesday, but Thursday I'm working in Kent (again) before heading over to Swansea.
Friday I'm heading up to Leeds for the British University Indoor Archery Championships.
Saturday - the comp,
Sunday - travelling back to Swansea and then home to here.
Monday - I'm being sent up to Cymer Abby (in North Wales)
Wednesday - arrive home from Cymer Abby.
Thursday - fly to Ottawa... beware Canada here I come!!!
So, somewhere in all this I have to find, wash and pack my stuff for this trip away. Sleeping bag/clothes/towel..... any other stuff that I might need. As you can tell I am well planned.....
I am under the impression that the weather in Canada is a bit colder than here, but the weather down south is a bit warmer than here..... so I need clothing suitable for both.
If you're interested, there's supposed to be snow in Ottawa on Thursday and in Virginia it's +25 degrees.
This is a story I was gonig to add to yesterday's post about how Camden Council are going to introduce £80 on-the-spot fines for dog walkers who have more than four dogs with them..... seriously....
