Took my bike out today and I managed NOT to crash it this time..... which was nice.
One of the nice things about having a canal at the bottom of the garden is that if you fancy a nice flat bike ride you have the choice of two directions. So after twelve crash free miles I was most pleased.
Of course, having to head back out to Crickhowell for all of next week means that I shan't be doing any more cycling this week, but I'm sure I'll get back into the swing of it.
Unfortunally, as the weather for next week doesn't look as good as last weeks weather and with it being a shorter week there's a horible chance that we might not be finished by the end of the week, which'll mean having to come back week after.... we've done the gardens, road, cottage and the high detail work in the house, which leaves us the farm, the castle, the fields and the graveyard.
But first, a cup of tea!!!!
