In what organisers claimed was going to be a peaceful demonstration there was unsurprisenly a number of arrests today. Assulting police officers, criminal damage, going equipped to cause criminal damage, carrying Class A drugs..... bloody eco-hippies the lot of them.
Yes, yes, I know that they're there protesting for all our good, blah, blah, blah, environmental damage of planes, blah, blah, blah..... obviously no-one has yet told them that this sort of protest does no good what-so-ever..... apart from showing the bad side of the protestors. Drugs, criminal damage, assult.....
