After a slight..... telling off I've decided to stick to a... safer topic. Like that sweet emotion that is love.
Or rather movie love.
Ah yes, that old chestnut, the picking of two actors, two actresses or even an actor and actress (if you feel like being traditional), that between there is a chemistry, a certain something, a je ne sais quoi. However, there are some very noteable case where the director seriously screws up.
After voting a poll of viewers it turns out that the exceptionally wooden acting between Natalie Portman and Hayden Christensen in Star Wars II is the worse, least realistic romance in all movie history. Or at least recent movie history that the regular movie-going public remember.
I would though agree whole-heartedly with the results. Hayden Christensen is truely one of the worse actors that there has ever had the grace to star in a block-buster film. I honestly suspect that a tree stump could have played the part a lot more convincently, indeed, apart from the script, Hayden was the worse thing about that film.
