In case you haven't noticed, next year we're (assuming you're in the same country as I am) hosting an Olympic Games... scary eh?? Over the next couple of days we're going to find out what random tickets that the Olympic ticketing people have decided to give us... But it takes more than spectators and a (very) large wad of cash to make an Olympics.... it needs "game makers"... though I think 'Olympic Slaves' might be a better description!!
I had my interview for a position as an Olympic Slave last weekend... it was a fun afternoon... if I had remembered that the DLR wasn't running it would have been slightly better... if I hadn't been working on the DLR the day before and knew it was going to be closed for the whole weekend well.... it would have meant I wasn't last there!!
