What happens to all the paper that a visit to the hospital generates?
Or to put it another way, I've filled more forms, at home, before going to the hospital for a consultation with a consultant, then more forms before having an X-ray.
Anyway, there's an MRI scan on Monday. Do you think it will happen without any more forms to fill in?
